We are currently in the middle of a digital transformation where we are migrating from introducing just products to deliver services and solutions to our customers. This means that we will enable new customers relationships and new software’s and services to increase the value we deliver to our customers.
This position as a Customer Assurance SW Product Manager will have as a main duty provide proper requirements to the future SW/Solution products, drive transformation processes across service organization and manage escalations from field.
Responsibilities
1) New Software/Solution introduction:
- Define requirements to meet service & support customer journey requirements for each product platform.
- Ensure SW and solutions are part of new product introduction by partnering with CA Product Managers to ensure progress at the different milestones
- Define requirements for future SW products coming from the field request to enable continuous improvement.
- Validate SW and services value proposition and performance with customers. Provide feedback to development teams to fix issue before the solutions introductions.
- Define processes to support our customers on SW/solution properly and as well to collaborate effectively across the organization.
- Create proper connection to other business in order to understand potential synergies.
- Develop trainings for Services for SW products. Define SW training path for Services engineers to ensure proper adoption of new tools and teach needed skills.
- Connect with Software and Services teams to improve knowledge across organizations
2) Security product management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy. Develop business cases for new features and services.
- Prioritize security features and enhancements in the product roadmap.
- Manage the delivery of new security features, services, and upgrades.
- Provide advice to management, product teams and R&D on security considerations.
- Develop strategies to address security risks in product design and implementation.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity best practices, standards, and emerging threats.
3) Elevation management:
- Support regional delivery teams by managing technical escalations. This involves providing high technical troubleshooting knowledge thru engagement with SW and Services teams
- Setup and improve the processes to capture customer issues, providing a customer impact assessment for each problem and enabling a fast understanding of product failures. Lead the Voice of the Customer process to ensure current products are continuously improved and to ensure this feedback is captured for the design of future products.
- Lead the deployment of product software fixes & updates to the field with the objective of mitigating customer and warranty impact of product issues and improving customer experience.
- Technical communication to service & sales communities. Keep the training content and the product technical information updated.
- Create dashboards to keep all stakeholders updated
Education & Experience
- University degree from BA/BS or Master's in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering with specialization in cybersecurity, information security or a related field.
- No work experience is required, appropriate internships related to the content of the position would be valuable.
- Desired any relevant certification such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CSIM (Certified Information Security Manager).
