In this key role, you will have an overview of all relevant business processes in the company and will be in touch with key stakeholders. You will be the glue between the business areas and the technical experts of the different IT systems. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Improvement analysis Analyze and understand the pain points of the stakeholders within their business and with their processes and tools (finance, HR, sales, project management, development, etc). 

  • Finding the right solution –  Translate these business requirements into technical requirements and clarify the solutions with the technical experts of the different tools: ERP (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), development toolchain, etc. Follow and oversee the right implementation of the solutions. 

  • Data modellingDefine together and own the data model of these tools and their integrations.

  • 3 years + professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally also with an ERP such as SAP, Workday or similar.

  • Process oriented mindset (training in Six-Sigma, ISO-9001, etc are beneficial).

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

  • Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools to support process analysis and solution design.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

  • Good written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels and across locations. 

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
