This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with partners while tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs. The role provides partners with complex information about the organization’s offerings while collaborating with them to ensure long-term business success. The role drives sales growth through account planning, engagement and collaboration.
Must have:
  • Act as the expert to partners for complex information regarding products, services, promotions, and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with partners for long-term business opportunities.
  • Partner and transform potential leads into joint sales activities, managing the funnel to exceed quotas.
  • Promote and incorporate the organization’s offerings into partner’s business and solutions.
  • Collaborate with partners to tailor solutions addressing specific customer needs, including product customization.
  • Engage in transactional and relationship selling, influencing a team of sales professionals.
  • Recruit new partners, providing risk assessment and business rationale for investments.
  • Provide strategic guidance to partner business managers and end-user sales teams on partner capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the expert to the partner for complex information regarding the organization’s products, services, promotions, and configurations
  • Develops and maintains account plans to promote sales growth in adherence to legal procedures and requirements.
  • Builds strategic relationships with the partner to ensure long-term business opportunities for the organization.
  • Partners and transforms potential leads into joint sales activities; creates, fills, and manages the funnel for deals with partners while achieving and/or exceeding quotas.
  • Promotes and incorporates the organization’s offerings to become a key part of the partner’s business and solutions.
  • Collaborates with partners to tailor solutions that address specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements.
  • Engages in transactional and relationship selling while working with and influencing a team of sales professionals.
  • Recruits new partners while providing risk assessment and business rationale for the organization’s investments.
  • Provides strategic guidance and insights to partner business managers and end-user sales teams regarding partners' capabilities, strengths, and market positioning.

Who are you?

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with channel resellers in Algeria and Tunisia is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in Account Management and Sales Territory Management.
  • Expertise in Sales Strategy, Sales Process, and Sales Prospecting.
  • Skilled in Channel Sales, Outside Sales, and B2B Engagement.
  • Strong command of Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Product Knowledge, Merchandising, and Value Propositions.
  • Ability to drive Market Share growth through innovative Selling Techniques.
  • Clear Communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Results-Oriented and driven to exceed goals.
  • Digitally Fluent and quick to adapt in fast-changing environments.
  • Lifelong Learner with strong agility and curiosity.
