Job Description

The Key Accounts Manager in Cochin will be responsible for engaging with premium merchants, managing portfolios, ensuring service delivery, and meeting sales targets for various payment solutions (QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, POS software, insurance, etc.). This role requires driving product penetration, revenue growth, and new business development. The position also involves addressing merchant grievances, planning daily activities, reviewing team deliverables, gathering market feedback, deploying products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction for sales conversion and retention. Fintech experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about working in a fast-growing firm, and possesses strong sales and negotiation skills with an understanding of financial products and local geography.

Role - Key Account Manager - Chennai
 
Roles and responsibility
Engaging with Premium merchants like portfolio tracking, merchant communication, and ensuring service is delivered in assigned areas for assigned merchants.
Meeting sales targets of multiple payment solutions such as QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products
Ensuring product penetration along with revenue growth.
Enabling the new business line and promoting the brand in the marketplace.
Track and attend to merchant's grievances and ensure its resolved on time.
Plan and execution of day-to-day activities along with the team and Review team’s deliverables.
Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights into the competition
Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
