This Fortune 500 company, a leading car safety systems manufacturer, is seeking a Lead Node.js Engineer to spearhead the development of an enhanced Process & Product quality control system. Responsibilities include leading a development team (technical and resource management), pair programming, acting as the go-to for developer technical issues, ensuring coding standards, providing architectural guidance, and enforcement. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of software development experience, a strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture. Experience with AzureSQL/MSSQL, Redis, and Azure Files/MinIO is required.
