The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D Art, particularly in hyper-casual and puzzle genres, with strong technical skills in 3D modeling, rigging, texturing, and relevant software. They should also possess a user-centric mindset, excellent communication and leadership skills, and adaptability to new technologies like AI.
