Responsibilities Design and implement critical public cloud infrastructure systems with a focus on the Linux kernel operation systems software development. Design and implement software architectures that support efficient algorithm development, verification, and deployment on various platforms. Gather and analyze solution performance metrics and identify opportunities to support, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues in production and/or design, and develop and/or enhance new and existing features to ensure the flexibility and longevity of deployed solutions. Verify and validate system software features, functionality, and performance aspects. Use data to understand the availability, reliability, and sustainability of our infrastructure. Research and develop cutting edge techniques to detect and prevent unwanted automation on the web. Work with stakeholders to research malicious tools, identify the newest attacks, and build anti-automation measures.

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Provisioning servers using Linux operating systems; Working across all phases of the software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing, and implementation of Linux systems software using C, C++, data structures, or algorithms; Deploying and managing applications using containerized tools; Version control of codebase using Pipeline, Bash, or Git; and Maintaining and debugging software services.
