  • Job Title: Logistics Analyst
  • Job Summary: This position will support the B2B TCG Logistics team. The Logistics Analyst will be supporting order management for European resellers and distributors, from receiving orders, processing in ERP system, releasing to and communicating with warehousing partners to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

What you’ll do

  • Assist TCG Logistics team in processing customer sales orders. This will include entering/uploading orders into ERP system, updating orders at various stages of process, coordinating and communicating with European warehouse partners, TPCi internal teams, customers and freight forwarders.
  • Liaise with local 3PL warehouse to ensure fulfilment is executed according to requirements and in a timely manner. Provide shipping instructions and coordinate shipping for cross border sales and transfer orders, including ensuring correct shipping documents.
  • Handle customer damage / mis-shipment claims and investigate and resolve these issues. Support team with conflict resolution, in cooperation with team members in multiple locations, as well as warehouse and freight partners worldwide.
  • Track stock movements and inventory quantities throughout the supply chain in collaboration with Sales Operations and other Logistics teams.
  • Support expansion of European production with solutions on optimized processes within production facility and within supply chain network across Europe and UK.
  • Constantly find new ways to improve processes.
  • Other duties as required.               

What you’ll bring

  • Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise supply chain with strong metrics across operational KPIs.
  • Knowledge of B2B fulfilment and logistics, along with customer service best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind.
  • Ability to multitask, identify areas for improvement and create solutions.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations where there is an issue that needs a calm and timely resolution.
  • Results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent ability to use ERP system and large data spreadsheets.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between €46,000.00 - €55,100.00 per year. The full range is €46,000.00 - €70,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
