In order to reinforce our team and to support our growth, we are looking for a M&A Tax Manager.
Your impact
As Tax Manager in our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you’ll make an impact by:
Offering tax advice in the framework of due diligence, acquisition structuring and post-deal integration, legal restructuring, financing of acquisitions and all other side aspects surrounding a deal which may have a tax impact;
Analyzing files, solving problems and signal opportunities, always operating as one integrated team;
Working closely together with colleagues within the team, bringing capabilities and strengths together to help the client to be successful with the transaction;
Becoming the trusted advisor for your clients and develop new business;
Bringing business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm;
Directing and driving the success of multiple engagements;
Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients;
We expect you to contribute actively to Client Relationship Management and to continually strive to deepen your own know-how.
About you
A master's degree in Economics or Law, preferably with an additional postgraduate qualification in Taxation;
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate taxation, whether or not specifically in an M&A context, but with an appetite to drive deals and reorganizations;
An interest in becoming an M&A tax expert;
Experience in communicating with clients and senior management;
A successful record of attracting, hiring, retaining and managing a team;
Fluent Dutch, (and/or) French and English language skills;
The ability to work to tight deadlines and you are well organized;
A broad view on company life and you are a team player.
