Manager, Accounting

The Manager, Accounting will be responsible for supporting accounting, invoicing, and compliance matters. This role involves working on process improvements and enhancing internal controls, assisting other local country controllers, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Trade Compliance, and Corporate Accounting. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end accounts payable, handling domestic and import payables accounting and payments, maintaining internal controls, and managing employee reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software like SAP or Oracle and demonstrate strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability in global teams.
