The Manager, Inside Sales will lead and develop an inside sales team, driving revenue growth and optimizing sales processes. Responsibilities include managing and coaching the team to meet quotas, monitoring sales KPIs, driving new business through leads and prospecting, owning deal forecasting, running weekly forecast meetings, improving sales process efficiency, leveraging AI tools, coordinating with internal stakeholders, attracting top talent, and ensuring data hygiene and CRM utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software/tech sales and experience managing hybrid teams. The role involves working night shifts to support North America customers.
