職務内容/Job Description(Roles & Responsibilities)
PlayStationプラットフォームにおけるSDK開発を行う組織へ配属となり、下記業務をお任せします。
・ゲーム実行機能に関するテレメトリデータの詳細分析及び、それに基づくバグの発生傾向や根本原因の分析
・データの可視化（ダッシュボード・レポート作成）を通じた開発チームへの情報提供支援
・機械学習・統計的手法を活用したバグ解析のためのシステム構築
・開発、QAチームと連携した品質向上のための提案

全世界で約7,500万台のインストールベースを持つPS5からは、日々、システムソフトウェアやゲーム実行機能に関する情報を含む膨大なテレメトリデータが送信されています。
市場データの分析は、複雑化するシステムソフトウェアおよびSDKの開発において、継続的な品質向上の施策やSDK開発方針の戦略立案において重要な役割を果たします。
これら立案を担う本組織のミッションにおいて、市場データ分析は重点領域と位置付けており、取り組みの強化を進めています。

本組織では、PlayStationプラットフォーム上で顧客満足度の高いゲーム体験や新たな体験を提供するため、パートナーであるゲーム開発会社にどのようなSDKを提供すべきかを検討するとともに、持続可能なSDKの品質向上に向けた取り組みを行い、SDKの開発を進めています。
その取り組みの一つとして、ゲームタイトルの実行に伴い市場から送られてくるバグ情報の整理・分析を行い、それらのデータを解析・活用するためのシステムを構築することで、PlayStationのSDKビジネスにおける意思決定支援を通じて貢献します。

求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications
【必須（MUST）】
アプリケーション実行環境やOSの知識をお持ちで、下記いずれか（または複数）に該当すること
・データ分析やデータを用いた課題解決に携わった経験
・C言語での開発経験
・不具合発生時のアプリケーションやシステムの解析経験と解析環境の知識

【歓迎（WANT）】
・BIプラットフォームの利用経験
・機械学習関連の技術開発経験
・リバースエンジニアリングのスキル

【語学力】
・英語の読み書きや英語によるコミュニケーションに抵抗がないこと
・日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上
