What you’ll do

  • Assist in building, developing, and executing marketing promotional and editorial campaigns in our Marketing Automation platform (Braze).
  • Learn to implement tests (A/B or with control group) in the system and assist in ensuring that these tests are followed up on, and learnings are documented for implementation in future campaigns.
  • Support in managing the quality assurance processes for email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging by verifying that the copy, images, and links are functional and effective.
  • Aid in monitoring communications, assisting with error handling, and contributing to problem-solving efforts.
  • Collaborate with Designers to provide input on creative solutions for marketing campaigns, ensuring all outputs align with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in compiling data and contributing to weekly and monthly reports, providing commentary and suggesting improvements and optimizations under the guidance of the CRM Lead.
  • Contribute ideas and assist in preparing proposals, overseeing parts of the production process, and supporting in the execution of campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor analysis to generate ideas for new campaigns that enhance the health and performance of the customer database.

What you’ll bring

  • Interest in marketing or related fields demonstrated through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and principles, such as segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis, gained through academic studies or self-study.
  • Some experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about some of the latest technology, such as Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and AI solutions.
  • Ideally, some knowledge and curiosity in coding languages like HTML & CSS.

English is a must. We are a multicultural team, and we are providing a service in English so, we don't care about certificates, but we expect you to be able to communicate fluently.

About The Company

Lingo Kids is a brand new after-school language program developed for the Tredyffrin/Easttown school district. Our goal is to improve the basic foundation of foreign language skills, as well as raise multi-cultural understanding among children at the elementary school level.
