Job Description

As a Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing marketing and branding materials for AAA games. You will create visual styles for promotional content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will participate in design choices and communicate with peers and vendors. You should have experience with brand development, iconography, and storytelling through visuals. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of design experience in games or advertising.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite and Unreal Engine.
  • Understanding of brand development and visuals.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for games and willingness to work on various styles.
Good to have:
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools.

Are you ready to shape the visual identity of our games and bring them to life across a wide range of platforms? As a Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality marketing content, advertising assets, and brand material that reflects and elevates the vision of our titles.

You’ll be working alongside a passionate team of creatives, producers, and directors to ensure consistency and excellence across all visual outputs. You'll bring a strong design aesthetic, a deep familiarity with Unreal Engine and Adobe Suite, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Please note that this role is full-time and permanent. Location: HQ Stockholm Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing compelling marketing and branding materials for our AAA games;
  • Creating and presenting visual styles into promotional content across social media, digital advertising, and presentations
  • Collaborating closely with producers, leads, and cross-functional teams to maintain high creative standards;
  • Creating visual assets and material for product pitches, social media, newsletters, events, blogs, webinars and digital campaigns
  • Managing time effectively across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with precision
  • Participate in design choices and communicate with peers, managers and vendors
  • Work with, understand and utilise an established visual style of our games

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Designer in games, advertising, or branding
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of styles and a refined eye for composition, typography, and layout
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite and strong experience working in Unreal Engine
  • Solid understanding of brand development, iconography, and storytelling through visuals
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for games and a willingness to work across various genres and visual styles.

Desirables:

  • Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns and brand launches;
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools

Interview process:

  • 30-minute introductory video call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
  • 60-minute video call with our Creative Director
  • 60-minute onsite interview (for those that are local) or video call with the Marketing Art Director and the Graphic Designer
