As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving and closing large-scale, complex deals within the middle and east region of Sweden. You will act as a trusted advisor for Philips advanced healthcare solutions, guiding customers to improve efficiency, diagnostic accuracy, outcomes, and patient experience. Your responsibilities include maximizing order intake and sales, ensuring continuity in account relationships, facilitating executive-level interfaces, preparing annual account plans, contributing to local marketing strategies, managing the sales funnel, analyzing deals and trends, collaborating with channel partners, and reporting customer feedback. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and imaging solutions.
Must have:
  • Degree in clinical, sales, or medical technical education.
  • 5-10 years of sales/account management in healthcare/imaging.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will drive and close mostly large scale, complex deals within your middle and east region of Sweden. You will act as a trusted advisor for Philips advanced healthcare solutions and guide your customers on how to be more efficient, obtain superior diagnostic accuracy, improve outcomes and optimize the patient experience in the daily work at our hospitals.

Your role will be to:

  • Maximizing order intake and sales

  • Ensure continuity of the relationship with the accounts and operate at multiple levels in the accounts’ organizations

  • Facilitation of the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts

  • Preparation of annual account plans in line with the regional strategy and execute at district level

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies

  • Funnel management & sales forecasting using online CRM tools

  • Systematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends

  • Collaboration with channel partners where required

  • Customer feedback reporting according to applicable Quality Standard policy

    You're the right fit if:

    • You hold a degree in clinical, sales, medical technical education, or a related field.

    • You have 5-10 years of successful experience in sales or account management roles within healthcare or imaging solutions, including MRI, CT, IGT, X-ray, and Image Management Solutions.

    • You are based in the Mälardalen/Stockholm region.

    • You are fluent in both English and Swedish.

    • You possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate a willingness and ability to travel.



     

    How we work together
    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
    Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
    Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
