Since 2019, The Gang has been a leading gaming studio for Roblox games and our goal is to build the best, safest, and most engaging experiences in the world. We publish our own games and develop game experiences with the most successful brands in the world in music, fashion, entertainment and technology.

About the position

Our award-winning studio is seeking a driven and excited strategic marketing to join our team. This is your chance to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in new advertising media, crafting transformative experiences for brands that push the boundaries of creativity and technology. 

Your responsibilities would include the following: 

• Assist in the concept development and execution of interactive and experiential
  campaigns for global brands.
• Research social media trends and audience media consumption to provide insights
  and recommendations for projects.
• Support project management tasks, ensuring seamless coordination across
  creative, tech, and production teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for campaigns and
  strategies.
• Assist in creating pitch materials, decks, and case studies showcasing our work and vision.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for
  innovation.

Starting date: Now, permanent contract after 6 months probationary period

Location: Sweden, working 100% remote from home. Discord and Slack are your best friends! If in Stockholm, you are welcome to work from our Stockholm office.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of or experience with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative
  Suite, Figma, or similar).
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A portfolio or examples of past work (projects, prototypes, or coursework) that
  showcase your skills and passion.
