Hedra is a pioneering video foundation model company founded by former Stanford PhDs backed by top investors at Index, A16Z Games, and Abstract Ventures. We're building a unified creation studio that empowers users to generate dialogue, audio, and video, effectively automating their digital presence.
Our flagship product, Character-1, launched in late June and has already garnered national attention, landing us on the top of Reddit (multiple times!) and Twitter, while attracting over 450,000 registered users and generating millions of videos. We raised 10 million dollars in our seed round to revolutionize content creation.
As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead marketing and propel Hedra to new heights.
Note: Hedra is not a 9-5 job, we’re a team of passionate individuals seeking to fundamentally change content and build a generational company together. You must be willing to work in-person in either NYC or SF.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and partnership strategies
Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs for organic and paid advertising initiatives
Cultivate relationships with influencers and brands to create strategic partnerships
Oversee and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform growth initiatives
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align growth efforts with product development
5-7+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, preferably in media or tech companies
5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media platforms
Deep understanding of the online culture, terminally online presence
Proven track record in managing successful ad campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making
Strong leadership and communication skills
Community building to nurture and activate our 400K+ strong user base
Experience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and influencers
Experience leveraging and accelerating already rapid product led growth
Experience in the AI or video technology sector
Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms
History of scaling user acquisition for creator platforms that span B2C and B2B
Lead paid social campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic
Manage email marketing campaigns and sequences
Track and report on key metrics across all funnel stages
