Description

 
We are looking for a world-class Marketing Manager, Web Lead to manage, track, and optimize the company’s website and digital marketing presence. This hybrid role will report to the content, strategy, and planning leader and play a critical role in building a scalable, results-driven digital experience. Your mission will be to enhance online strategy, journey, and engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and well as maintain the currency of the back end web development and management through an extended team of development resources. As senior manager, you’ll ensure the company’s website and online programs deliver measurable business outcomes and support the company’s growth objectives.
What You’ll Do:
  • Design and implement web experience strategies and content refreshes tailored to specific audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Field, Campaign, and Partner teams to build engaging content and online campaigns, with a focus on lead acquisition and business growth.
  • Oversee and execute a global SEO strategy aimed at increasing web traffic by 10% annually.
  • Manage and keep global homepages updated with relevant, engaging translated content that drives engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize web marketing plans for major projects like launches, events, and partnerships.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain a dashboard to track and communicate progress toward business goals.
  • Advise stakeholders on user experience, online marketing best practices, and digital strategy improvements.
  • Leverage and evaluate tools for web optimization, analytics, A/B testing, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Manage a team of third party development resources that lead web development and software currency within and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment.
 
What You’ve Done:
  • BA/BS/MS degree with 10 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
  • Proven expertise in website strategy, content management, and online marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing websites, SEO/SEM programs, third party web developers, as well as online marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience leading outside creative and digital agencies and managing digital marketing programs.
  • A solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with familiarity with their development constraints.
