Job Description
As a Medical Advisor, you will work directly on the mission of dialogue for better medicine. You will collaborate with customers from the pharmaceutical industry to prepare relevant knowledge in online articles (text, video interviews & webinars) for the medical community, monitor content performance, and optimize the content portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing scientific content, working in an agile environment, and communicating with customers and stakeholders. This role requires excellent German language skills.
Must have:
- More years of experience as a Medical Writer
- Completed degree in Biology, Pharmacy, or similar field
- Excellent written and spoken German
Good to have:
- Interest in working in agile and cross-functional teams
- Passion for web and performance-optimized copywriting
- Experience in preparing scientific content for medical fields.

In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden aus der pharmazeutischen Industrie bereitest du relevantes Wissen in spannende Online-Beiträgen für unsere Ärzteschaft auf (Text, Videointerviews & Webinare), monitorst, welche Inhalte unsere Leserschaft begeistern und optimierst unser Content-Portfolio. Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice, an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Medical Writer
- Ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium in Biologie, Pharmazie oder Vergleichbares
- Interesse im agilen Umfeld und in crossfunktionalen Teams zu arbeiten
- Leidenschaft für web- und performanceoptimiertes Texten und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Formaten wie Videointerviews
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast einen sicheren Auftritt im Gespräch mit Kunden sowie internen Stakeholdern wie Projektmanagern und Analysten
- Du hast die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden gut im Blick und Freude an strategischer Beratung
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Muss

With around 200,000 doctors, coliquio is the largest community of doctors in the German-speaking world. We employ around 150 people and are always on the lookout for new talent. As a Medical Advisor (m/f/d), you will work directly on our mission “Dialogue for better medicine”. In cooperation with our customers from the pharmaceutical industry, you will prepare relevant knowledge in exciting online articles for our medical community (text, video interviews & webinars), monitor which content inspires our readership and optimize our content portfolio. You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Experience in preparing scientific content for medical fields. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the field of medical writing, is an advantage.
- A degree in natural sciences in biology, pharmacy or similar
- Interest in working in an agile environment and in cross-functional teams
- Passion for web- and performance-optimized copywriting and openness to new formats such as video interviews
- You are a strong communicator and have a confident manner when talking to customers and internal stakeholders such as project managers and analysts
- You have a good overview of your customers' needs and enjoy providing strategic advice
- Excellent written and spoken German is a must
