Project Manager, Future Talent Program

The primary focus will be on driving the development of the apprenticeship programme to become the best in the region by fostering internal partnerships, strengthening processes, and optimising overall programme effectiveness. 

This role requires a strategic mindset to enhance the programme’s impact, ensuring it meets both current and future workforce needs whilst maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role is responsible for developing and overseeing project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed within the confines of Tesla’s goals and vision.

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of apprenticeship programme projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
• Manage the programme budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial compliance
• Develop and enhance the central apprentice workshop to meet evolving programme needs
• Lead digitalisation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to drive innovation within the apprenticeship programme
• Collaborate with the team to implement recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates
• Strengthen internal partnerships and streamline processes to improve programme efficiency and stakeholder collaboration
• Maintain detailed records, track progress, and provide comprehensive reports for senior management
