Job Responsibilities :
As the Razer.com Merchandising Specialist, you will be driving A/B testing initiatives, UI/UX enhancements, web merchandising operations, and data-based planning to optimize the user experience and drive revenue growth on our website. Through a test and learn approach, you will also have the opportunity to plan and manage on-site full funnel promotional programs that fit the Razer’s brand positioning with focus on customer experience, to help meet our business goals.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance and user experience
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for UI/UX enhancements and work with design teams to implement changes
- Use data and analytics to develop and execute data-based planning initiatives that drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, design, development, and marketing to implement site-wide improvements and changes
- Ensure that all changes and enhancements are thoroughly tested and do not negatively impact site performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies related to A/B testing, UI/UX enhancements, web operations, and data-based planning
- Work with the store operations and web teams on the way products should be merchandised from landing pages to checkout
- Collaborate with the category managers in the way products should be merchandized and promoted at a category level, including EOL products, to meet the needs of our customers and be a contributor to continuous category revenue growth year-on-year
- Monitor and maintain the merchandising of promotions on the website with internal stakeholders to optimize product sales during promotional seasons
- Consistent monitoring and sanity checks on the PLPs and PDPs to identify errors and with customer focus in mind
- Plan & strategise the store pages and promotional landing pages with the right product mix assortment to optimize funnel for incremental revenue and increase conversion rate
- Support with reports the impact and learning of promotional programs including the effectiveness of each program and its impact revenue and e-commerce metrics.
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce, A/B testing, UI/UX enhancements and web operations
- Strong understanding of website design principles and best practices
- Demonstrated experience with A/B testing and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Microsoft Clarity, PowerBi.)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and draw insights from data
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
