Trailer Park Group is seeking an Office/HR Administrator to manage the London office. Responsibilities include onboarding new employees, assisting with HR duties, managing the reception area, and supporting the HR Manager. About this role

This is an exciting and varied role at the heart of TPG UK. We are looking for someone to help manage our workplace effectively. You will be the first port of call for all enquiries to the London office, as well as providing administrative assistance to the HR Manager. You will be someone who is proactive, has explicit attention to detail and is unafraid to use your initiative.  

This role will be onsite Monday - Friday from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm.  Our office is near to Great Portland Street station. 

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees.
  • Assisting in administrative HR duties, drafting and sending out all HR letters and contracts.
  • Helping organise social events.
  • Providing payroll with information monthly.
  • Annual leave approvals in HR Toolkit.
  • Supporting the benefits and wellbeing provider in the US with UK sign up enquiries.
  • Setting up new starters on ADP and HR Toolkit.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in operational HR needs for the UK team.
  • Working with employees on all admin HR queries
  • Supporting HR manager on initial employee queries.
  • Liasing with I.T on new starters and leavers in regard to I.T equipment and passes.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Front of house; meeting and greeting visitors, following security protocol for sign-in.
  • Operations; desk management & floor planning, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the workplace.
  • Onboarding new starters; organising office access passes, IT equipment, completion of relevant documents.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, refreshments and stationery.
  • Organising logistics for staff away days, holiday parties.

Candidate Criteria:

  • HR and Facilities admin/advisor experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptionally well organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated problem-solver that can take initiative
  • Proficient in Outlook, all Microsoft Programs and Keynote
  • Highly efficient, capable of prioritising workloads and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Friendly and approachable manor with a can-do attitude
  • A minimum of 2-3 years working in similar role
  • A passion for entertainment

Salary range: £30-32k annually.
