Summary

Sorare seeks a proactive Freelance Office Manager (4 days/week) to support its Paris office. Responsibilities include onsite presence as the primary point of contact, handling employee requests, managing office expenses, overseeing company merchandise, managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords and service providers, supporting the team with administrative tasks, scheduling, document management, and planning office events. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, familiarity with office software, flexibility, and strong English communication skills. Previous office administration experience is a plus.

Please note that Sorare is a hybrid work company; employees are required to be in office 3 days a week. 

We are seeking a proactive and organized Freelance Office Manager,4 days a week, to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. In this role, you will assist in maintaining a functional and welcoming workspace while ensuring administrative and logistical tasks are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Onsite presence: Be the primary point of contact onsite to ensure the office runs smoothly and address any immediate needs.

  • Employee requests: Respond promptly to employee inquiries and requests related to office operations and services.

  • Budget follow-up: Track and manage office-related expenses, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.

  • Goodies platform management: Oversee the ordering, inventory, and distribution of company-branded merchandise through the goodies platform.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Coordinate with the landlord and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.

  • Manage the landlord relationship (Patchwork)

  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management.

  • Build a monthly office event calendar, based on recommendations, and take charge of planning and executing events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Notion).

  • Flexibility and ability to work independently.

  • Good verbal and written English language communication skills
