Job Summary

Job Description

Oracle CX Functional Consultant needed in Dubai, UAE with 3-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include Oracle CX software and ERP system expertise, Redwood, CX Mobile and CX Outlook sync expertise, CX migration expertise, system setup and configuration, system design and development, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Project Management methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required. The role involves enhancements and project management within the Oracle CX environment.

Must have:

Oracle CX expertise
CX Functional knowledge
CX Migration experience
System setup & configuration
System design & development

Good to have:

Agile/Scrum methodologies
Project Management methodologies
ITIL, PMP, CompTIA certifications
Oracle CPQ knowledge

Job Description:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field..
Experience with Oracle CX software and ERP systems
Expertise in Redwood, CX Mobile and CX Outlook sync
Expertise in CX Migration
Expertise in System setup and configuration
Expertise in System design and development
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Project Management methodologies

Desirable

Certifications in IT (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft
Knowledge of Oracle CX products like Oracle CPQ

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system enhancements and project management
