What the Role Entails
岗位职责：
1、负责对日IP项目的监修管理，根据版本内容目标，协调研发团队与IP方的合作；
2、负责优化监修合作工作流程，效能提升；
3、负责监修团队的任务内部分配和跟进处理工作。
Who We Look For
岗位要求：
1、5年以上IP项目合作经验，掌握至少中文和日文两种语言，深度了解手游开发流程；
2、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
3、具有较强的风险意识，能够识别项目风险，并做好风险应对；
4、具备良好的抗压能力，能够应对各类事务；
5、需要在日本办公。
