The Partner Experience and Partner Hub Manager is responsible for optimizing the Google Cloud partner experience through strategic content development and management. This includes collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to define, implement, and refine partner content experiences, particularly for the Partner Hub. Responsibilities involve authoring content, defining content plans, establishing content management processes, ensuring partners easily access essential tools and information, developing site structures and user journeys, managing asset content audits, supporting program and product launches, managing content for sunsets and rebrands, and providing post-launch success metrics reporting. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and enhance partner access to critical resources.
