Job Description

The Parts Advisor at Tesla's service center in New Taipei City is responsible for managing parts inventory, handling inquiries (email and phone), coordinating logistics with suppliers, and ensuring efficient parts supply for after-sales service. This role requires accurate record-keeping in the dealer management system (DMS), troubleshooting supply chain issues, and collaborating with suppliers on delivery schedules. Detailed tracking of repair time, costs, and materials used is crucial. Proficiency in DMS systems, MS Office software, and strong English and Chinese writing skills are essential. A basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance is needed, along with at least 3 years of experience in materials and logistics management.

Must have:

Manage parts inventory
Handle customer inquiries
Coordinate with suppliers
Accurate record-keeping
3+ years logistics experience
DMS & MS Office proficiency

Good to have:

Automotive repair knowledge
Understanding of dealer processes
