Job Description

The Parts Advisor Intern position in Tainan City involves managing parts inventory, handling inquiries (email/phone), supporting after-sales service, and coordinating with suppliers. Responsibilities include accurate record-keeping in the dealer management system (DMS), resolving shipping/packaging issues, tracking repair times/costs/materials, negotiating delivery schedules with suppliers, and performing other assigned tasks. A strong understanding of automotive maintenance, parts management, and DMS/MS Office software is essential. The role requires excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese.

職位介紹職務說明： • 回覆相關問題來電及電郵 • 接收及運送不同物資和管理庫存，以有效支援售後服務及零件供應 • 準確而詳細地記錄問題到經銷商管理系統 • 分析和解決所有內外供應商的運送及包裝等問題 • 詳細地記錄維修或跟進時間、費用及物料使用。 • 與零件供應商議定運送物料及時間，並定時更新報告 • 執行其他被指派的相關任務職責描述其他條件: • 對汽車維修保養等技術知識有基本概念 • 具有零件, 物料管理相關經驗 • 了解基本汽車操作、設備和維修方法 • 明白經銷商的業務流程 • 能操作DMS系統及MS Office 軟件 • 至少3年物資和物流管理經驗 • 良好的英文及中文書寫能力
