Novo Nordisk is investing 18 BN DKK in establishing four new manufacturing facilities and expanding three existing facilities at their manufacturing site in Kalundborg. Do you have an extensive understanding about Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and have you gained a deep knowledge of GXP and pharmaceutical production? As a PAS-X Consultant, you will coordinate the development of master batch records in the MES systems to support the customers in meeting the requirements for pharmaceutical product production.

NNE Manufacturing IT is a full-service provider of IT solutions within manufacturing for the pharma and biotech industries. We work with consultancy, design, implementation, and validation of IT solutions. You will be working in an innovative and agile department with approximately 90 NNE-employed engineers and consultants from other companies.

How You Might Spend Your Days

As a PAS-X Consultant, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team were, you'll be:

Working side by side with innovative-thinking colleagues

Utilizing your facilitating skills, show confidence and support some of our clients’ most complex manufacturing execution issues.

Advising clients on how to maximize the benefits of their Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Sparring with the industry's best Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) specialists

Responsible of gathering technical requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews, technical analysis)

Conducting and ensuring that workflows / recipes are successfully and compliantly designed, developed, deployed in line with site business processes and technical standards.

Commissioning and undertaking test and qualification of IT systems in manufacturing environments.

Estimating and coordinating own tasks

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

An engineering, computer scientist or similar degree or having pharmaceutical production experience.

Experience with developing workflows, recipes, and master data in MES systems

Experience with MES systems like Körber PAS-X, Emerson Syncade or NNE LMES

Experience From a Consultancy Company Or Project Experience
