Main Job Responsibilities
Your main task will be planning.
You will primarily be responsible for planning in game development and operation for smartphones, consoles, and PCs.
- Requirements definition/specification creation/progress management
- Improvement requirements definition/specification formulation/progress management for basic functions
- Game data design (e.g., master data)
- Negotiation with other sections (e.g., engineers/creative/promotion)
- Parameter adjustment/data/resource management/level design
- Extraction and analysis of game KPIs
- Other related duties
*You will not be responsible for all of the above; you will be assigned tasks based on your past achievements and aptitude.
We have stable business relationships with top companies leading the game industry, such as Bandai Namco Group, Sega Group, and Konami. As a member of a production company, you will participate in various client projects, allowing you to acquire diverse skills and know-how that cannot be achieved within a single company!
Application Requirements
Required Skills:
- Experience in either game development or game operation projects
- Experience in two or more of: proposal writing, specification writing, level design, parameter design (adjustment), balance adjustment, master data creation
- Experience with either Unreal Engine 4/5 or Unity
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets
- Practical experience using management tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, SVN, Redmine, proprietary tools)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in internal or external negotiation regarding one's own tasks

Work Environment
Employment Type Details
Full-time Employee:
- 6-month probationary period (no change in salary or benefits during this period)
Contract Employee:
- Renewed every 2 to 6 months (possibility of conversion to full-time employee)
- Most contract employees transition to full-time after a certain period.
Working Hours
For Extreme headquarters: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM break, 8 hours actual work)
*May vary depending on the assigned project (e.g., 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM with 1-hour break).
Overtime Work
Average overtime: 10.9 hours/month

Salary Increase
Full-time Employee:
