The Portfolio Delivery Lead Senior Manager will focus on improving workforce performance, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs within the Talent & HR process. This includes designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes such as strategic planning, supply and demand management, hiring and sourcing, onboarding and integration, training and development, objective-setting and performance management, and compensation and rewards. The role involves identifying and assessing complex problems, creating solutions, setting strategic direction, and interacting with senior management. The individual will manage large teams or work efforts and their decisions will have a lasting impact on the area of responsibility. This role may require working in rotational shifts.
