Position Description
 
As an RPA professional at Accurate, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and innovation. This role requires a strong understanding of automation technologies, AI-driven tools, and the ability to work closely with business units to identify and implement automation opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Design, Develop, and Implement RPA Solutions: Lead the development of automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and other relevant RPA technologies.
    • AI Integration: Incorporate Generative AI tools into automation solutions to enhance decision-making, document generation, and cognitive processes.
    • Collaborate with Business Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to assess automation feasibility, and deliver impactful RPA solutions that meet business requirements.
    •  Optimize and Scale: Design scalable and efficient automation solutions that can be expanded across departments or locations as needed.
    •   Automation Strategy Development: Contribute to the strategic roadmap for automation initiatives within the organization, identifying key areas for AI and RPA integration.
    • Mentoring & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and proper documentation.
    • Maintain and Update Existing Automations: Troubleshoot and enhance existing RPA workflows, ensuring they are optimized and up to date with the latest technological advancements.
    • Data Analytics and Reporting: Build dashboards that provide insights into automation performance, KPIs, and process improvements.
    • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all RPA solutions comply with company policies, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.

Qualifications/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience of 7+ years as an RPA Developer with a focus on Power Platform.
    • Strong programming skills in PowerShell, Python, C#, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
    • Familiarity with API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and database management (SQL).
    • Proficiency in AWS and Microsoft services and cloud-based architecture.
    • Hands on experience in Microsoft AI Builder and AWS Gen AI tools and their integrations with business processes
    • Relevant certifications in Power Platform and Gen AI tools is a plus.
    • Highly organized, analytical, and an effective problem solver who can manage multiple projects in parallel.
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams.
    • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
    • Team player, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
