We’re looking to hire a Principal Game Producer for an innovative game development studio known for pushing the boundaries of player experience and creative gameplay.
You’ll join the R&D department team to lead cross-functional teams working on a new mobile game project. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Los Angeles, CA, with a remote work model.
Drive product and feature roadmap creation in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
Establish milestone-based delivery schedules and manage cross-functional alignment.
Lead team rituals and ensure consistent communication across internal stakeholders.
Maintain and continuously improve production processes for visibility, speed, and collaboration.
Own project tracking tools like JIRA and lead Scrum-based team management.
Ensure psychological safety, promote healthy feedback culture, and manage inter-team conflicts.
Serve as a mentor to junior production staff.
Maintain clear, transparent reporting and communication with all stakeholders.
10+ years of production experience in games, tech, or media.
7+ years of experience in game development production.
3+ years in a senior role, having shipped large-scale, multi-platform games with live service components.
Experience managing projects from prototype to live operations.
Deep understanding of development methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, etc.
Proven experience with live game operations and team leadership.
Strong familiarity with gaming audiences and industry trends.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Skilled in product management and feature prioritization.
Experience in AAA game development
Experience in mobile game development
Experience managing co-development or outsourcing relationships
