Salesforce Inc. seeks Principal Technical Architect Data Cloud in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Develop innovative solutions for our customers across a variety of industries. Work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering and Architecture teams to provide domain expertise during the sales process. Collaborate closely with the Partner Ecosystem to develop offerings, use cases and GTM strategy. Drive Product Roadmap forward and serve as a key advisor to Product organization sharing fee. Analyze complex business problems by conducting research and assessments to define the problem, generate innovative ideas, see opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions. Bring structure to the client’s decision-making process by communicating and evaluating solution options and facilitating agreement among key stakeholders. Assist Solutions Engineers with delivering software demonstrations, rapid prototyping, and storytelling to show how connected experiences come to life with the Salesforce Data Cloud & Salesforce CRM & Tableau. Use understanding of multiple technology landscapes (Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Pipeline, Enterprise Architecture, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and Public Cloud) to develop solutions across Salesforce’s technology stack. Strive to increase the impact of your knowledge by constantly seeking multipliers, such as developing enablement content, working with aligned teams on approaches, experimenting with products, and conducting internal workshops. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information System Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information System Management, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Data Warehouse; (2) MongoDB; (3) Redis; (4) Postgres; (5) JavaScript; (6) Python; (7) SQL; (8) Business Intelligence Tools; (9) Pub/Sub; and (10) AI Platform. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Salary: $168,397.00 - $242,830.00 per annum.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $168,397 to $242,830.
