The Procurement Manager - Travel Resources will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for travel-related categories (airlines, hotels, ground transportation, etc.), managing contracts and supplier relationships, and ensuring effective collaboration with internal teams (travel operations, finance). The role requires expertise in the end-to-end procurement process, including demand analysis, sourcing, and negotiation. Success requires strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and alignment with global organizational objectives. The Travel Resources team enhances the business travel experience for employees, focusing on safety, well-being, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Team Summary: Our Travel Resources team is dedicated to enhancing the business travel experience for employees and ensuring their safety and well-being. By actively monitoring the travel market trends and fostering strong relationships with vendors, our team continuously seeks innovative ways to provide the best-in-class travel resources, driving greater efficiency and value for the organization. Responsibilities: - Category Procurement: Responsible for formulating and executing procurement strategies for travel-related categories (including airlines, hotels, ground transportation, etc.); - Contract Management: Responsible for contract signing and follow-up contract performance management; - Supplier Management: Develop potential supplier resources and evaluate the performance of existing suppliers; - Internal Coordination: Establish efficient cooperation mechanisms with colleagues in the travel operations team, finance team, and other related functions to ensure effective implementation of travel policies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of working experience within the travel category, preferably in a multinational organization - Ability to complete the end-to-end procurement process, including demand analysis, procurement planning, sourcing management, and contract negotiation. - Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the business travel or tourism industry, or experience with service procurement is preferred. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organizational objectives. Preferred Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and market trends globally. - Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems. - Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Ariba and Coupa. - Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $180000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
