Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Producer to join our vibrant RED Creative Publishing. This role focuses on the teams within the Art & Design Area, which covers graphic design (print & web), motion design, 2D illustration, and product development. The position demands a passion for visual creativity, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of production pipelines for both digital and physical mediums. You will be a driving force in ensuring the high-quality output that meets CD PROJEKT RED's renowned standards.
As a Producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more creative discipline teams — ensuring efficient workflow, clear communication, and timely completion of tasks. You will work closely with Team Leads, Area Producers, and Creative Producers to guarantee seamless integration of your team’s output with broader project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and distribute tasks among team members based on their skills and project requirements, ensuring a balanced workload and optimal efficiency.
- Track the progress of all ongoing tasks, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Effectively manage resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to maximize team productivity and meet project deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration with Team Leads, Producers and Stakeholders to align the team's output with overarching project goals and ensure seamless integration with other disciplines.
- Ensure all deliverables meet CD PROJEKT RED’s high standards of quality and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during the production process, finding creative solutions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production workflows and processes within the team, across the Art & Design Area and RED Creative Publishing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a production role within a creative environment, ideally with a focus on illustration, graphic design, or merchandise production.
- Understanding of design principles, production processes (including print, digital, and merchandise), and creative pipelines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including project management tools.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of creative softwares like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Passion for games and familiarity with the gaming industry.

Working mode
Office-First / hybrid: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 3 days per week.
