Sixer is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to the development of its fantasy sports platform. Responsibilities include developing product strategies based on user research and market analysis; defining product requirements and timelines with engineering; collaborating with marketing on launch plans; ensuring timely and budget-conscious product launches and maintenance with operations; measuring and analyzing product performance; and communicating product vision to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of product management experience (preferably in fantasy sports), a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong user-centered design understanding, agile methodology experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

What are we looking for
We are looking for a Product Manager who can work on the development of Sixer while working closely with the Engineering, Marketing and Operations Team. One should have a strategic mindset, collaborate effectively, prioritize user needs, and drive business growth through data-informed decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies based on user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Work with engineering to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute product launch plans
- Work with operations to ensure that products are launched and maintained on time and within budget
- Measure and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fantasy sports industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
