Job Description

As a Product Manager for Data Protection at Varonis, you will manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise B2B SaaS security products. You'll be the in-house expert, defining product roadmaps, leading development, and driving go-to-market activities. Responsibilities include translating product strategy into detailed requirements, collaborating with engineering teams, gathering customer feedback, and crafting product strategies. You will also drive product launches in conjunction with marketing, sales, and business partners. This role requires expertise in the cybersecurity domain, ideally with data protection experience and a strong understanding of AI, especially LLMs and ML.

Must have:

4+ years Product Management experience in enterprise software
Cybersecurity domain expertise
AI experience (LLM and ML focus)
Strong communication (Hebrew & English)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Manage product lifecycle
Define product roadmap and drive go-to-market

Good to have:

Data protection experience
Technical background (engineering/technical degree)

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise B2B SaaS security product
Serve as an in-house expert for your product and become the go-to person of your domain
Define the product roadmap, lead the product development and drive go to market activities
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
Work closely with the engineering teams to build enterprise grade product
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, support, and other stakeholders to craft the product strategy
Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and business partners

Requirements

4+ years of experience as a product manager in an enterprise software company
Experience in the cybersecurity domain
Experience in AI with focus on LLM and ML
Data protection experience (advantage)
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written in Hebrew and English
Excellent interpersonal skills - can-do approach and positive attitude
Team player who can also fly solo
Technical background - engineering/technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience (advantage)
