Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with contract management, commercial agreements, financial reporting, invoicing, or expense management.
- Experience in procurement operations, supply chain operations, or sourcing.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data analytics and using tools like SQL.
- Experience supporting the operations of building infrastructure like data centers, bridges, oil and gas lines, or submarine cables.

Network Commercial Operations (NetCO) is part of the global Networking Supply Chain team within Google Global Networking and Infrastructure and is responsible for commercial governance related to Google's production and corporate networks. Our team continues to expand into more governance areas within the technical infrastructure space, providing NetCO members opportunities to work with a variety of stakeholder teams and make an impact to support Google's continued network growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage a complex commercial operations program and ensure things run smoothly.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of a global multi-disciplinary commercial operations environment such as agreements, payments, systems, financial governance, etc.
- Perform Financial Project Management and scale controls for Submarine Network Infrastructure projects.
- Manage the execution of Submarine Network Infrastructure related Cost Recovery as needed.
- Develop operational and governance frameworks to monitor the execution of critical payments and obligations.
