As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The North America Transportation team for Devices and Services plays a critical role in delivering the Pixel portfolio (Pixel Phone, Pixel Buds, Pixel Watch) to customers. This team willl manage the flow of goods from factories to regional Google Distribution Centers, and then to various channels: retailers (B2B), Googlers (B2G), Google stores, and final consumers (B2C). This team also facilitates reverse logistics for repairs and warehouse replenishment. Collaborating with premium freight forwarders and domestic carriers, it ensures on-time delivery and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders through timely communication and issue resolution.

In this role, you will lead the transportation strategy and execution, you will be responsible for scaling the Google Store transportation multi-channel capabilities, securing timely deliveries for Googlers in the Business to Government (B2G) Network and non-commercial launch units, optimizing warehouse and Manufacturer Centers (MFCs) fulfillment, and continuously improving on-time delivery performance. Your strategic approach will balance lead time and cost, ensuring budget adherence while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful.
