About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer Automation Tester to join our dynamic team at Mumbai/Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated tests using xUnit for .NET applications.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and identify testing needs.
• Write clear and concise test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform regression testing, performance testing, and functional testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using [insert defect tracking tool].
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
  
  

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Automation testing.
• Proven experience in software testing, specifically with .NET applications.
• Strong knowledge of the xUnit framework and experience in writing unit tests.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
• Experience in database testing.
• Experience working with build tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues in automated tests.
• Capable of writing clean and concise test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
  
  

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with other testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, MSTest).
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., SpecFlow).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of the latest testing tools and technologies.

Working Hours: 11:00 a.m. IST to 08:00 p.m. IST.
