As the Regional Marketing Manager, the role involves leading the execution of the marketing plan for Enterprise Informatics in the LATAM region. This includes planning, execution, collaboration, and customer engagement to enhance customer value and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities involve developing and executing a marketing plan aligned with the overall business strategy, overseeing marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives, developing a digital marketing strategy, and managing events. It also includes building relationships with stakeholders and analyzing marketing performance metrics. The role requires working in person at least 3 days per week.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with regional scope
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
  • Curious and proactive marketeer with digital marketing background
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
Good to have:
  • Experience in healthcare, tech or medtech marketing
  • Speaks Portuguese

Regional Marketing Manager  - Healthcare Informatics  

As the Regional Marketing Manager, your role is to lead the execution of the overall marketing plan for Enterprise Informatics in the LATAM region, focusing on planning, execution, collaboration, and customer engagement to drive superior customer value and achieve business objectives. 

 

Your role: 

  • As an individual contributor, your role is to develop and execute a marketing plan for the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with the overall business and marketing strategy. 

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives to drive reputation, demand generation, sales enablement, and customer loyalty, while localizing engagement strategies and campaign programs based on market insights and customer personas. 

  • Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy to enhance online presence and engagement, utilizing data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly. 

  • Lead the design and execution of events as part of the engagement plan, ensuring a flawless event experience, and plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, and customer engagement activities. 

  • Build and nurture effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI, and present performance reports to senior management and other stakeholders. 

 

You're the right fit if:  

  • You’ve acquired +7  years of experience in Marketing with a regional scope, experience in healthcare, tech or medtech marketing is a plus. 

  • You have a bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.  

  • You’re curious and proactive marketeer that enjoys partnering with the commercial team. a proven track record in driving 360 marketing excellence, and a solid digital marketing background 

  • You speak English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.  

  

How we work together 

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. 

  

 This is an office role in our office in Bogota or in Huixquilucan, Mexico.
