Job Description

This Researcher/Analyst position focuses on the mobile gaming and e-commerce industries. Responsibilities include in-depth research on social media and game activities related to Web Shop promotion for Xsolla's partners, analyzing how game companies use their communication channels for Web Shop promotion, tracking payment spikes and identifying patterns in advertising/promotional activities, producing insightful reports, and contributing to the internal knowledge base. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in social media analytics and game research, strong analytical skills, familiarity with mobile games and e-commerce, and excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct in-depth research on activities within social media and games related to the promotion of Web Shops for mobile games and Xsolla's partners.
Analyze how game companies leverage their communication channels to promote their Web Shops.
Track payment spikes and identify patterns in the advertising and promotional activities conducted by game developers.
Produce insightful reports based on research findings.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base by writing articles and sharing research insights.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in social media analytics and game research.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Familiarity with mobile games and e-commerce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
