Easybrain develops mobile games and applications that millions of people around the world play every day. We are now looking for a talented researcher with an interest in the gaming industry to join and strengthen our HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Selection of optimal sources for finding candidates and initial communication with them;
- Processing applications from different sources and ensuring the flow of candidates' resumes and portfolios;
- Assessment of candidates' resumes and portfolios for key requirements;
- Maintaining and updating a database of resumes and correspondence records;
- Communication with external teams, freelancers, and handling regular correspondence (agreements, invoices, etc.);
- Working with the legal department to ensure compliance with agreements and other legal documentation;
- Preparing various reports, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and monitoring the market.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in sourcing/recruiting or working with external teams in a gaming or IT company;
- Knowledge of the main tools and channels for candidate sourcing and professional selection methods;
- Experience working with contracts, agreements, and invoices with contracted individuals and legal entities;
- Ability to manage large amounts of information efficiently in a limited timeframe;
- Attention to detail and careful adherence to legal and compliance requirements;
- Proactive, result-oriented approach;
- Russian language proficiency;
- English language proficiency (Upper Intermediate+).
