Sales Programs Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic Analyst, Sales Programs to join our EMEA Financial Services team. In this role, you will develop data-driven strategies for retail financial product offerings and lead their implementation and tracking within internal systems. This position offers you a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Tesla’s Sales, Delivery, and Financial Services business across 28 markets in the EMEA region. You will play a key role in defining how financing programs are designed, launched, and tracked, directly influencing their success.

• Design sales and financing program strategies, considering each country’s unique customer preferences and product landscape

• Own and refine the end-to-end program costs forecasting methodology

• Lead the implementation and tracking of sales programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, FP&A, Partner Managers, and external finance partners 

• Streamline and harmonize processes to establish a consistent approach across the region

• Maintain and manage a single source of truth for pricing across all markets and finance partners

• Recommend and drive system enhancements, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams

• Conduct pricing competitiveness analysis and monitor the impact of sales programs, providing critical insights to Sales and Financial Services teams
