Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Sales Team Lead responsible for driving sales enrollments and managing sales within a city. The role involves market research to identify prospective customers, leading and motivating a sales team to achieve better sales performance, and ensuring regular enrollments and usage. The ideal candidate should have good networking abilities, be willing to travel extensively, and possess experience in managing a sales team with a focus on distribution, expansion, and metrics. The candidate will also be responsible for building a database of key contacts, fostering client relationships, and managing leads from qualification to closure.

- Prior Channel Sales Role
- Managed a 5-member sales team
- Understands distribution, expansion, metrics
- Experience in getting teams lucrative incentives
Good to have:

Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
Job Descriptions-
Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers ,
Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales ,
Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas
Key Role:
Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
