Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for quality control of all client submissions, monitoring campaign progress, and providing status reports. You will ensure projects stay within budget and contribute creative ideas to develop engaging campaigns. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in a 4A agency or similar environment and proficiency in both Chinese and English. You will be responsible for motivating team members and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with the account manager to develop creative and successful marketing campaigns.

6. Keep one stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity.

3. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Able to priorities, communicate and motivate a team accordingly.

6. Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

7. Proficiency in Chinese and English.
