The Logitech for Business Account Manager is responsible for driving commercial sales to mid-market accounts in the Northeast region. This role involves prospecting new accounts, developing existing accounts, executing sales plans to achieve regional goals, maintaining accurate forecasts, and partnering with channel account managers. The ideal candidate will have stellar presentation skills, experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and cloud solutions, and proficiency in Salesforce. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, creating client presentations and demos, partnering with channel partners, qualifying leads, and working on large RFP projects. On-site customer visits are required.
Must have:

Location:

  • Logitech is proud to support a hybrid/remote work culture.  However, to meet the demands of the business and ensure partner care, this is a full-time, remote role that is ideally located in New York City and surrounding metro areas, but we would consider candidates in PA, NJ, and New England. [Please Note: We are unable to consider candidates outside of these areas at this time.]

The Team and Role:

The Logitech for Business Account Manager, Mid-Market, Northeast Region is responsible for driving Logitech commercial sales to mid-market accounts. You will do this through heavy influencing and direct engagement with key decision makers and influencers at various levels in the organization.

In this role, you will determine or define clear solutions that meet the needs of your customers while supporting the partner channel, resulting in outcomes that exceed business expectations. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Sales Engineer, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing functions.

Our team is highly collaborative and supportive. As a key member of the team, you too thrive on building key internal and external relationships as well as exceeding sales quotas. You do this through focusing on prospecting net new customer logos and up/cross selling to existing customers.

  • Prospect new accounts and developing accounts within your region.

  • Execute weekly, monthly and quarterly plans to achieve regional goals and priorities

  • Maintain an accurate forecast as well as pipeline proficiency to meet and exceed your quota. Proficient in using CRM Tools (salesforce.com).

  • Partner with Logitech channel account managers to support new and existing opportunities..

  • Win opportunities, RFPs and customer standards and even take on tough accounts while delivering quarterly revenue commitment

  • Stellar storytelling and presentation skills. You will manage the sales cycle which includes the creation of client presentations and demos.

  • Partner with the channel partners including System Integrators and VARs to fulfil customers’ requirements.

  • Work to promptly qualify leads from various sources, converting them to closed opportunities.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • This position requires a leader who thrives on enhancing and strengthening customer relationships, face-to-face presence and therefore, travel onsite to customers is required in this role.

  • Several years of relevant sales experience in enterprise companies with an assigned sales quota.

  • Strong written and verbal communications including presentation skills.

  • Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and strong understanding of cloud solutions. Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred.

  • Previous experience building strategic enterprise account plans.

  • Proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn; Sales Navigator is a plus.

  • Excels with SFDC (salesforce.com) to manage, update and ensure pipeline sufficiency.

  • Able to do hands-on solution demos, virtually and  in-person with our customers.

  • Experience working on large RFP projects is a plus.

This position offers an OTE typically between $ 89K -  $ 185K depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
