Job Responsibilities :

Senior AIOps Engineer requires to utilize RPA, AI/ML and big data to improve RMS IT operations. Senior AIOps Engineer will use technologies such as robotics process automation tool, machine learning and data analysis to automate processes and develop tools to derive insights from data. Develop new approaches and technologies to improve backend, infrastructure, operational and finance team’s day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize Robotics Process Automation (RPA), AI/ML and big data to enhance IT operations.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and work with business stakeholders and IT teams to determine requirements and design software bots.
• Apply machine learning and data analysis techniques to streamline the significant events and patterns related to system performance and availability.
• Develop and implement advanced data analytics tools to extract insights from operational big data, identify patterns and detect suspicious events.
• Use machine learning and data analysis to automate processes and create tools that provide valuable insights from data.
• Implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to solve complex operational problems.
• Develop innovative approaches and technologies to derive maximum value from available data.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced backend engineers, data engineers, infrastructure engineers and operational SMEs to tackle evolving challenges in the field of AI/ML and RPA.
• Design and implement enterprise-level AI platforms and services to improve IT operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer/Machine Learning Engineer.
• Mastering at least 2 of the following programming languages (framework) on backend engineering: PHP(Laravel), Python(Django), Machine-learning(TensorFlow), Data analytics(Streamlit) and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of RPA technology tools, including Automation Anywhere 360 Control Room and RPA Bot framework.
• Strong knowledge of data preparation and model training, including Kafka, Anaconda, Jupyter Lab and Google Colab.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, CouchDB and Redis.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, such as Phpunit.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
