Maximum Entertainment Romania seeks a Senior Game Backend Developer to design, implement, and maintain high-performance game services and APIs. Responsibilities include leveraging Microsoft Azure, MongoDB, and PlayFab to create seamless player experiences, optimizing backend systems for high concurrency, and ensuring top-tier security and scalability. The role requires advanced expertise in these technologies and strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will architect and maintain databases, develop testing strategies, and continuously monitor system performance.
Must have:
- 3+ years game backend development experience
- Proficient English communication
- Shipped at least one game title
- Advanced Azure, MongoDB, PlayFab expertise
- Design and implement high-performance game services
- Develop and manage cloud-based services

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in game backend development
- Proficient professional communication skills in English
- A minimum of one shipped title
- Advanced expertise in working with Microsoft Azure, MongoDB, and Playfab backend and services

- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to enhance backend efficiency and speed.
- Architect and maintain databases for game data, player profiles, and in-game transactions, ensuring consistency and reliability across all systems.
